Are there yellow and black roadsigns in countries apart from australia?

I’m doing an assignment on australian landscapes and there is an artwork by rosalie gascoigne called Big Yellow. I’m not sure how to show how it depicts something Australian.

Those yellow and black road signs are likely a U.S. invention. We have them in Canada too. We have cool ones, like there’s one for Canada Geese. Deer is a pretty common one.
