In your opinion are Australian Aborigines?
HI, I was just wondering if you thought Australian Aborigines were, pioneers, settlers or explores or all three? And why you think so. I just wanna get some other people’s opinions to compare with my answer, to see if I am going to be right.
There was a recent in-depth project undertaken to find the original source of the human genome. An area in Central Africa is apparently where the original human DNA begin. Due to drought, (assumed) the first migration of these people led to Australia. This was now known because of the marker in the genome that was closest to the original. So the Aborigines represented the first wave of human migration out of Africa by the original humans. Historically, the Aborigines did not explore other continents, but simply settled into a lifestyle on a huge body of land that provided ample room and resources to sustain their lifestyle. Hence there was no need to go anywhere else.
