Aboriginal culture was affected in a major way. The White settlers literally stole children and tried to intergrate them into the white man’s way of life. Whites bred with the aborigines in order to ‘breed out’ .This meant loss of tribal customs and languages. Nowadays, very few Aboriginal People know about their primal culture because of this attempt to erase their true heritage.
