How Old Is Aboriginal Art

how old is aboriginal art
Question about Aboriginal paintings?

Could somebody please explain to me how the egyptians who build great things like the pyramids and the like, were not able to make paint to last but the Australian Aboriginal People supposedly could.
Does anybody really beleive that paint that is inside a stone building, protected from the weather and had very few people going past it will not last as long as Aboriginal Art.
I mean I can’t really believe the Aboriginal people say it is 60,000 years old when it is painted on a rock face, expossed to the elements and only made with dirt, rocks and natural products.
The paint in the pyramids has worn mostly off when it is only dated at about 3,000 – 4,000 years old.

Each culture probably used whatever resources in nature that were available to them to make the paint. There were probably different resources available in one location than there were in others. Perhaps there was a component that was available to the Australian Aborigines that made their paint last longer which was not available to the Egyptians.
